Hi, I’m Amer the Trainer, a highly experienced fitness professional with over

5 years experience in the fitness industry.

I continue to study and learn from the leading coaches in the health

and fitness industry, to ensure I deliver the most advanced and

smartest training methods around and to provide you with lasting results.

 

Qualifications:

5 Years experience in the fitness industry

Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral

Level 3 Personal Trainer

Level 3 Nutrition for Physical Activity

I pride myself on making sure that you have fun and enjoy your training. The programmes are based on you and you alone. What works for one person might not necessarily work for you so with my help, you will start to understand what really works for you in terms of training techniques and the types of foods you should be eating. We will produce a balanced approach to exercise with tailor-made training programmes that will push you to your limits to achieve your goals and will be just as enjoyable.

I offer training at an exclusive personal training studio located just a 5 minute walk away from Baker Street tube station.
