HIT & Box Sessions

What is a HIT & Box Session?

High Intensity Training (HIT) and Boxing Conditioning.

These 45 minute sessions are like circuit training where you will be doing a variety of exercises for 30-40 seconds at a time using your own bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbells, TRX, medicine balls and hitting the pads using different boxing combinations. If boxing is not your thing then the session can be soley based on circuit training. 


It's high intensity and will aid goals such as fat loss and gaining a toned physique. You will be having no or little rest in between exercises and a 60 second rest between sets. This will definitely get your heart racing and make you feel invigorated once you leave.

The session will include a guided postworkout stretch to improve mobility and flexibility which is important for aiding recovery and relieving tightness within the body. Foam rolling and a light back massage can also be offered if desired. 

Can I bring a friend?

Of course! You can train with a friend or as a couple.


All sessions are available 7 days a week Monday to Sunday between 6.30am to 10.00pm (subject to availability).

Solo Session: 

Pay as you go - £30 per session

Block of 5 - £25 per session

Block of 10: £20 per session

Duo Session: 

Pay as you go - £40 per session

Block of 5 - £30 per session

Block of 10 - £25 per session
